- Pew Research Center:
“Though abortion is a divisive issue, more than half of U.S. adults
take a non-absolutist position, saying that in most — but not all —
cases, abortion should be legal (34%) or illegal (26%). Fewer take the
position that in all cases abortion should be either legal (27%) or
illegal (12%).”
- Secondo me la ricerca Pew dimostra che l'88% del campione è favorevole a qualche forma di aborto e non è assolutamente divisivo.
- La posizione abortista estrema non è marginale 27%.
- Anche io, che sono fortemente pro-choice mi identificherei con most but not all legal
La considerazione che faccio è che anche la pagina degli editoriali del NYT riporta analisi frettolose e sbagliate.

- In my opinion the Pew research shows that 88% of the sample is in favor of some form of abortion and hence is not absolutely divisive.
- The extreme abortion position is not marginal 27%.
- I too, who am strongly pro-choice, would identify myself with "most - but not all - cases legal"
The consideration I make is that, also the NYT editorial page contains hasty and wrong analyzes.
